Full-Service Weddings
Full serviceFrom the first consultation we design a complete, stylized plan and assemble the right team of vendors — lighting, draping, rentals, catering, musicians, entertainment, photography and cinematography — matched to your style and budget. We manage proposals and contracts, attend walk-throughs and tastings, help secure room blocks, and coordinate every vendor and the whole wedding party through rehearsal and event day, so every detail runs seamlessly and you can simply enjoy it.
Event Design & Styling
By designWe shape the look and feel of your celebration — concept, palette, tablescapes, rentals, lighting and décor — into one cohesive design carried through every detail. Whether paired with full planning or offered on its own, each design is unique to your story and beautifully produced from first sketch to final farewell.

TOAST Santa Barbara was founded by Kim Curtis, who launched the studio after returning home to Santa Barbara in 2003 following years in event design and coordination, and now leads the creative and production side of every celebration. Coordination & Design Director Tamara Stahlheber joined in 2012, pairing a passion for design with exceptional organization to lead all full-service weddings and events — her calm, easy-going nature bringing a lightness to the planning process while keeping every detail on schedule. Together they create seamlessly designed and executed events from first sketch to final farewell.
